Currently, you CAN submit a video or videos to different people or organizations as part of digital submittals. ie you can make multiple submittals with one line. The one constraint is submitting the same video to the same individual 2x. That was put in place to prevent overwrites / double-billing. Generally we don't recommend internal submittals, as those users can easily be granted View access to PIONEER projects, or sent a URL. I will have our CS team reach out to answer more questions.

I second that. We need this for sharing within and sharing with customers.
