we receive pdf of maps from other departments that we need to go do inspections on certain line segments that they circle on the pdf. It would be great to be able to attach that to the project so the operators can reference it

Would you primarily be attaching documents to the WHOLE submittal (e.g. a map, a spreadsheet of completed work) on a per-inspection basis? they are related but different workflows.

Seth Nickinson I was thinking on a per submittal basis. spreadsheet and/or pdf with plans or picture of a sketch if there are no formal plans.
