Ctrl+Z will undo any text field entries in the Header or Observations. Ctrl + E deletes an observation row. For now we are parking the idea of reverting a row delete.

I'm with Dan -- ctrl + z and ctrl + u are essential modern shortcuts -- consider a pair of forward and back buttons with a modified shortcut to avoid wiping out your observation when you're re-typing a street name, for example.
i.e.
ctrl + shift + z - undo last registered change
ctrl + shift + u - redo last registered change

A deletion confirmation popup would also be a nice feature to avoid accidental observations being deleted

Tim McGarry: I delete a lot of codes and that would double the clicks for me to get them cleared out, so personally I would prefer just having the undo feature without the confirmation

Jake Tucker: Got it - maybe the confirmation just for our customer users not internal users would be more appropriate.
